Please join us as we travel some great Miata roads from Moon Township to the Air Heritage Museum in Beaver County. The Air Heritage Museum is truly a "working museum". Originated in 1983, The Air Heritage Museum's dedicated volunteers have restored the B-17G "Nine-0-Nine" (which suffered extensive damage from a crash during the Beaver County Air Show). They are also in the process of restoring a collection of rare WWII aircraft as well as in F-15. The facility is located in a 120" x 120" hanger, on the grounds of the Beaver County Airport. Our visit coincides with the annual Aviation Appreciation Day. There will be a "fly in", the airplane equivalent of a car crusie, as well an an auto show. Vendors will be present selling food, drink, and memorabilia so there shoud be plenty to do and see. After we tour the museum and other events, we'll be having lunch close by and return home on winding roads better than the ones that got us there!
